Salesperson Pre-License Course
This course is offered from October 21 – December 14, 2024 via 100% face-to-face instruction.

Location: 300 Interstate Park Drive, Suite 322, Montgomery, AL 36109 (Offices at Midtown).
A person must pass a 60-hour Salesperson Pre-License course in order to earn an Alabama Real Estate Salesperson License. What does that look like at REUA? Students must pass all quizzes with 80% or above along with passing the midterm and final exams with a 75% or above. Attendees must attend 90% of the classes. After successfully completing the course, students are eligible to sit for the Alabama State Real Estate Salesperson Exam. Textbooks and materials included.

This course is offered in-person from October 21 - December 14, 2024. Classes are Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:15 pm-9:15 pm, as well as three Saturday classes from 8:00-3:00 pm. See schedule above.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations received in writing at least 24 hours in advance prior to the first class meeting will receive a full refund. Once a course begins, refunds will not be issued.
