This course is offered from January 6 – February 22, 2025 via 100% face-to-face instruction. 
*All Saturday classes have a lunch break from 11:00-12:00 PM.*

Location: 300 Interstate Park Drive, Suite 322, Montgomery, AL 36109 (Offices at Midtown). 
A person must pass a 60-hour Salesperson Pre-License course in order to earn an Alabama Real Estate Salesperson License. What does that look like at REUA? Students must pass all quizzes with 80% or above along with passing the midterm and final exams with a 75% or above. Attendees must attend 90% of the classes. After successfully completing the course, students are eligible to sit for the Alabama State Real Estate Salesperson Exam. Textbooks and materials included.
