This course is offered from May 27 – July 26, 2025 via 100% face-to-face instruction.

A person must pass a 60-hour Salesperson Pre-License course in order to earn an Alabama Real Estate Salesperson License. What does that look like at REUA? Students must pass all quizzes with 80% or above along with passing the midterm and final exams with a 75% or above. Attendees must attend 90% of the classes. After successfully completing the course, students are eligible to sit for the Alabama State Real Estate Salesperson Exam. Textbooks and materials included.

This course is offered in-person from March 17 - May 3, 2024. Classes are Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:45 pm-8:45 pm, as well as three Saturday classes from 8:00-3:00 pm. See schedule above.
